Terms and Conditions
General regulations
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Terms”) apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, “Products” or “Product”) purchased through the website shop.vladishoes.it (hereinafter, “Site”).
The use of the distance selling service described in these General Terms and Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, “Clients” or the “Client”), understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. For these latter subjects, partial exclusions are provided, as the Consumer Code does not address purchases of this type. Therefore, please refer to the Consumer Code for any further information in this regard.
The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
The Client is required to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions that have been made available to them on the Site, in order to allow their storage and reproduction by the Client pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003.
Contracts concluded with Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by the Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”) and the Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 (hereinafter, “E-commerce Decree”).

Price
The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and duties. The delivery charges are indicated separately and are included in the total amount payable. All prices are expressed in EUR ( or USD if selected by the user ).

The customer should add the desired product to the designated “cart” and, after reviewing the General Terms and Conditions—paying particular attention to the delivery charges and the exercise of the right of withdrawal—and the Privacy Policy, select the preferred payment method and choose the “submit order” option.
Before submitting their purchase order, the customer will have the opportunity to correct any data entry errors by following the modification procedure provided on the website. In particular, the customer can modify the quantity of the products they intend to purchase by adding or removing one or more items from the “cart.”

The customer will have the opportunity to view and track the status of their order through the “Orders” section of their account.
Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders. Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia will notify the Customer of any inability to accept the received orders within 30 days from the day following the one on which the Customer sent the order to Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia and will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply. citeturn0search0
Payment Methods
The Customer may pay for the Products and the related delivery expenses by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia accepts payments made with the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard and Carta Si. The transaction will be charged to the Customer’s credit card only after: 1. The credit card data has been verified. 2. Authorization to debit the card has been received from the issuing company of the credit card used by the Customer. 3. The availability of the Product has been confirmed by Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia. No charge will be made at the moment when the order is placed, except for the expenditure necessary to validate the data of the credit card, which will then be immediately refunded.

In the event that, for any reason, the charge of the amounts due from the Customer proves impossible, the sales process is automatically canceled, and the sale is automatically voided.
Confirmation of order receipt
In accordance with Article 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer will receive, upon execution of the contract, via email, the confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer. This confirmation will include a summary of the General Terms and Conditions, the essential characteristics of the ordered product, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal—with details on the timing and methods for returning the goods—the geographical address for submitting any complaints, and information on existing assistance services and commercial warranties.
Ineffectiveness of the order
No contract shall be concluded between Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia and the Customer when Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not operating on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in the purchase of the products ordered, or that the Customer is exercising the right of withdrawal in an abusive manner, as recognized in Article 12 below. citeturn0search0
In such cases, the order submitted by the Customer shall be of no effect whatsoever. Transport and delivery
The products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer. The Customer may request delivery to a person of their choice residing or domiciled within Italy. An adult signature (over 18 years old) will be required upon delivery. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not available. Delivery times are 4-5 working days within Italy (5-6 for the islands). Orders received and confirmed by 10:00 AM on working days are shipped within 24 hours. Orders for personalized products will be processed within 3 weeks from the order date. Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped after payment is received. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. citeturn0search0
For each order placed on the Site, Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia issues an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it via email or mail to the order holder, in accordance with D.P.R. 445/2000 and D.Lgs. 52/2004. The information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is used for the issuance of the invoice. No changes to the invoice can be made after its issuance.
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly highlighted on the Site and in the order form.
All purchases will be delivered by the express courier chosen by the Customer during the purchase process from those proposed by Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.
Once the products have been shipped, Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia will send the Customer a confirmation email containing the tracking number of the shipment. This unique code allows you to monitor the shipment status by entering it on the chosen courier’s website. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with Article [number] of the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the day following the one on which the Customer placed the order with Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia, unless Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia communicates—within the same period, via email—the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods due to the Products’ subsequent unavailability, even temporarily. In such cases, Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer for the supply.
In the event that, following communication from Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia regarding a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day following the one on which the Customer placed the order with Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or their representative at the recipient’s address specified in the order is required. Upon delivery by the Courier, the Customer must verify that the number of packages matches the details on the delivery note and that the package is intact and undamaged. Any damage to the package and/or Products or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported by writing a note on the Courier’s delivery receipt. Once the Courier’s document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external condition of the delivered package.
Right of withdrawal
Vladi Shoes by Cestonaro Giorgia wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Website within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to the following address: customercare@vladishoes.it containing:
- the expression of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code;
- the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
- the data relating to the Customer’s bank account, exclusively in the event that the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer.
Such communication may also be sent, always within the aforementioned term of 10 (ten) days, by e-mail, telegram and fax.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia will refund the full price of the Products, provided that they are returned by the Customer in normal condition and only if the return instructions above are correctly followed. Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia reserves the right to refuse the return of Products that do not meet these requirements. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The delivery costs for returning the Products are borne by the Customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be reimbursed. Each delivery will include easy instructions for returning the Products.
Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia commits to promptly refund the Customer within 30 days from the date of the Product return. Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia will send a confirmation email of the refund.
Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia will not be responsible for the refund or compensation related to Products returned but never received by Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia due to loss, theft, or damage not attributable to Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the submitted order, they must promptly send an email to customercare@vladishoes.it. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia. In this case, the return policy described above applies.
Product Replacement
Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia intends to provide Customers with the possibility of replacing the Products purchased through the Site.
To obtain the replacement of a Product, you must follow the procedure indicated below.
If the Customer is not fully satisfied, they must keep all documentation related to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging and immediately contact Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia by email at customercare@vladishoes.it.
The Product to be replaced must arrive, in normal condition, at our operational headquarters. The fulfillment of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products.
The shipping costs for returning the Product are the responsibility of the Customer.
The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by courier without charging additional shipping costs.
Conformity defects
In case of lack of conformity of Products sold by Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia, the Customer must immediately contact Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia at the email address customercare@vladishoes.it of Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia.
The sale of Products is subject to the legal warranties provided by Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Customer is entitled to have the conformity of the goods restored, at no cost, through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate reduction in the price or the termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if they do not report the lack of conformity to Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia within two months from the date they discovered the defect. The action to assert defects not fraudulently concealed by Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia is, in any case, time-barred after twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods.
Errors
The information relating to the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated.
However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.
Vladi Shoes di Cestonaro Giorgia reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory.
